Coach Crouch was born and raised in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. As a high school athlete, Coach Crouch garnered several awards including First Team P.G. County and All-Met Honors. After lettering 4 years in Division 1 basketball, he graduated with a B.A. in Marketing from St. Francis University. Since starting his coaching career in 2001 at Friendly High School, Coach Crouch has coached over 40 players that have furthered their athletic careers on a collegiate level.
Under the tutelage of the late Gerald Moore, Head Assistant Coach Crouch helped guide Friendly high school to an overall record of 77-7 and 2 Maryland State Championships in 2003 and 2004.
Coach Crouch was the Head Coach at Friendship from 2006-2010, where he guided the Knights to an overall record of 113-27, helping them average over 28 wins per season, and guiding them to 3 straight Top Ten finishes (2007-2010). In 2008, The Knights set a school record by winning 34 games. His teams finished with the highest GPA of all team sports at Friendship for 3 straight years.
Since 2001, Coach Crouch’s High School teams have an overall regular season and playoff record of 190 wins and 34 losses! During that span, he has had the privilege of coaching 5 players that have received All-American attention with 1 (one) player earning HS Player of the Year Honors. Having earned his Masters Degree in Educational Administration, Coach Crouch has, since 2004, run the The AntMill Project, which aids young men and women in life mentoring and athletics. The AntMill Project provides ELITE level basketball skills training for players that are serious about raising their games to new heights. Coach Crouch's clients include players (male & female) ranging from elementary school to the NBA.
Starting in 2010, he became the Director of Player Development & Assistant Coach for the WNBA’s Washington Mystics & has helped lead the team to setting three franchise records. First, the franchise’s FIRST Regular Season Eastern Conference Title in 2010, secondly, the franchise’s FIRST 20 win season, and thirdly, sending a club record 3 players to the 2010 All Star Game.
Coach Crouch is currently a Director for the Washington Wizards Boy's & Girls Basketball Camps.
Tisa Holley

A proud graduate of Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in Tallahassee, Florida, with a B.S. degree in Physical Education and Masters of Education in Counselor Education, Tisa is an organizer and advocate of sports in education. Having played basketball, volleyball, cheered, and danced in high school, Tisa has taken these skills and is teaching young people how to be successful using sports as the catalyst. Presently, she is the elementary and middle school guidance counselor at FAMU Developmental Research School (FAMU DRS); additionally, she serves FAMU DRS as the advisor for the Cheerleaders and Student Government Association and the administrative girls’ basketball coach for the school. In 2004, the FAMU DRS girls’ basketball team won the Class 1A State Championship and currently hold the 2005 State Runner-up title.

Parraize Butler graduated from Saint Francis University with a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Management Information Systems. Parraize lettered four years on the Red Flash Football team and was a member of the Athletic Honor Roll and Multicultural Awareness Society. He is currently a Systems Accountant for a major institution and a part-time financial consultant for small business owners.
